Rental Policies
We charge a minimum one-day rental fee on all equipment. Possession constitutes use. We issue all small equipment on a 24-hour basis with due-in time the same as checkout time. Rental fees continue to accrue until you return the property. Weekend rates only apply to equipment picked up on Friday and returned on Monday. You MUST inspect all equipment thoroughly BEFORE leaving the facility to ensure that the items are CLEAN, COMPLETE, and IN GOOD WORKING ORDER. You must note all deficiencies on the checkout receipt. You will be held responsible for any items lost, damaged, or destroyed. You must return all equipment clean, or it will be returned to you for cleaning with daily fees accruing.

Reservations
We issue all equipment on a first-come, first-served basis with the exception of equipment needed for a class. We will give you a detailed reservation policy at the time of checkout or upon request.

Discounts
All students enrolled in academic Outdoor Education courses receive a ten percent discount on equipment rentals for class use.

Refund Policy
No cash refunds over $49.00.
Refunds controlled by date of receipt.
Refund claims must occur within 14 days.

Early Returns
Equipment returned early by one day before noon will receive a half-day rental refund. Any equipment returned after noon will not receive a refund. Equipment returned more than one day early will receive a rental credit only. Rental credit is good for six months-no refunds.
